Xiaomi has once again released a new wave of updates, correcting, among other things, several critical bugs that affected the Xiaomi 14T and POCO X7 Pro. In addition, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G has also received several fixes, as have the Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi CIVI 4 Pro.
As the HyperOS development team itself tells us through the Xiaomi Community, the Xiaomi 14T, POCO X7 Pro, and Xiaomi 13T can now normally use the power-saving mode. To do this, Xiaomi recommends updating the Security application to version 10.8. 2, this being the most current.
In addition, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G has also received a small update that, among other things, fixes its Themes app, returning it to normal operation. In this case, Xiaomi recommends updating the Themes app to its latest version, since this fixes the bugs that caused it to crash or close unexpectedly.
Other HyperOS 2 bugs that Xiaomi is already working on
In addition to fixing these issues, Xiaomi has listed several bugs it’s already working on, which will be addressed very soon via a new update. Among the most affected are the Xiaomi 14, which has issues with its camera app, and the POCO F6 Pro, which has screen freezes and abnormal behavior in the Phone app .
The Redmi Note 14 Pro is also affected by a minor bug that appears to automatically turn on Bluetooth, and the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G and POCO X6 Pro appear to be suffering from random reboots. The POCO F7 Ultra also appears to have abnormal battery drain. Added to these are the Xiaomi 12 with macro camera issues, the Xiaomi 15 with refresh rate issues on its display, and the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G with issues when running the Weather app.
Regarding all of these issues, Xiaomi has stated that it is working on them, so a fix is expected to be released very soon via a new update. In short, this is yet another example of Xiaomi’s commitment to its users, striving to be as transparent as possible.
