All the rumors have been talking about it for several weeks: Apple will announce new Mac M4s with marketing expected to begin in November. While we were waiting for the date of an Apple Event, Greg Joswiak revealed on his X account that several announcements for Macs will take place next Monday.
Beautiful things are coming, let’s prepare
The end of the year is approaching and Apple is aware that it is the best time to launch new products. While the company launched its new iPhone 16s in September and a new iPad mini 7, the company will be taking it to the next level with Mac announcements this time.
On his X account, Greg Joswiak who is the senior vice president of worldwide marketing at Apple posted:
Mac, mark your calendars! We have an exciting week of announcements coming up, starting Monday morning. Stay tuned…
With this post, Greg Joswiak therefore implies that Apple will not organize a virtual event and even less a physical keynote where journalists and influencers will be invited. The announcements should take place as was done for the iPad mini 7: via a press release which will be published on the News Room of the Apple site.
Among the announcements that could potentially take place are the M4 MacBook Pros, a new M4 Mac mini as well as a new iMac also with the M4 chip. The chances that Apple will announce new MacBook Air and Mac Studio equipped with the new chip are close to zero, because these two Macs would not yet be ready for marketing, we will have to wait until next year.
Mac (😉) your calendars! We have an exciting week of announcements ahead, starting on Monday morning. Stay tuned… pic.twitter.com/YnoCYkZq6c
