In Grimguard Tacticsthe world still bears the scars of the fall of the gods. A century-old betrayal paved the way for the corruption of Primorva, destroying a once-prosperous land. There are only a few legendary heroes left, and it’s up to you to gather them together to form powerful squads and fight the darkness.
The heart of the game is its turn-based combat system, similar to what we find in Final Fantasy Tactics or Fire Emblem Heroes. You’ll need to bring together heroes from varied factions, each with unique abilities and specific subclasses, to strategize to triumph over enemies and epic boss fights. Each confrontation will require precision and strategy to ensure the survival of your team. Customization also allows you to create synergistic formations, with roles such as attacker, tank and support, to maximize your chances of victory.
Outside of the main story battles, the Arena lets you test your skills against players from around the world. As you climb the leaderboard, you’ll earn rewards and demonstrate the power of your custom teams.
The game also offers a city management dimension, where you can rebuild and fortify Holdfast, your stronghold against the incessant attacks of Primorva. Throughout Terenos, you will collect resources to improve your infrastructure and strengthen your defenses. A part that allows you to break the routine and stand out from the competitors.
