Airplay Apple iOS MacApple’s latest macOS Sequoia 15.2 beta brings new options to AirPlay, providing the ability to selectively share content on an Apple TV. Users can now choose to share their entire screen, a specific app or window, or an extended display, providing more control over what is visible on the TV.

More options on AirPlay

As noted by several users onthe new app-specific AirPlay option allows users to view just a presentation, slideshow, or content from a specific app on a larger screen without exposing the entire Mac desktop. This is a significant upgrade from the current version of macOS, where users can only mirror their Mac’s screen with no partial screen sharing option.

In addition to updated AirPlay features, the macOS Sequoia 15.2 beta introduces Apple Intelligence features such as Image Playground and Siri integration with ChatGPT. The public release of macOS Sequoia 15.2 is expected in early December, like that of iOS 18.2 and company. Once again, the French will not take full advantage of it, the release of Apple’s generative AI being planned for April 2025 here.
