Prince of Persia: Lost Crown released today on Mac Apple Silicon. For its launch, Ubisoft is offering it at €19.99. An episode available for a year on Windows, Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series. All that was missing was Apple, it’s now done.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montpellier, released on January 18, 2024 on PC and console. It is part of the famous Prince of Persia franchise, but with a fresh and modernized approach. It is now available on Mac with an introductory price set at €19.99. An Apple Silicon Mac (M1 minimum) is required to run the game.
History
The game places you in the shoes of Sargon, a talented young warrior member of a group called “the Immortals”. Sargon embarks on a quest to save Prince Ghassan, imprisoned in a fantasy universe steeped in Persian mythology. The story explores themes of time and fate, with twists and turns and environments rich in detail.
Gameplay
The game combines platforming, dynamic combat, and exploration in a vibrant and colorful artistic style, with a 2.5D camera that highlights the scenery and fluid animations.
