On the other, a high-performance vacuum cleaner. The common point? An engine block that switches from one to the other in a few seconds.
This strategy allows you to have the best of both worlds. Each device focuses on its core function without technical compromises. The shared engine not only reduces the overall cost, but also ensures optimal power in both configurations.
A stick vacuum that offers everything you need, without the frills
In vacuum mode, the S7 Combo does not disappoint. Light and handy, it fits everywhere with ease. The motor offers two power levels that adapt to different surfaces. Hard floors such as carpets are cleaned effectively, without leaving residue.
The included accessories expand the possibilities: a crevice tool for corners and a mini motorized brush for sofas and stairs. By becoming a handheld vacuum cleaner in seconds, the S7 becomes everything that vacuum cleaners cannot offer. The only downside concerns the dust bin, which is a little tight in capacity, which requires frequent emptying.
The vacuum cleaner that makes you shine
It is in washing mode that the S7 Combo reveals its full potential. The two-tank system (clean water/dirty water) works wonderfully. The iLoop sensor automatically adjusts the water flow according to the level of dirt detected, avoiding waste.
The rotating microfiber brush ensures deep cleaning without damaging the floors. Simultaneous suction removes excess water, speeding up drying. Stubborn stains, even from coffee or milk, disappear in just a few passes. We see here that all of Tineco’s experience in the field has been infused into this vacuum cleaner.. Only one problem however, the system for emptying the dirty water tank is not the most practical.
A slightly bulkier base with a big weak point
The docking station is rather classic, offering a hot water cleaning and drying function, as offered on all the bases of current high-end washers. The most practical aspect of the base is obviously that it brings together the two devices, which of course gives it a larger encroachment than a classic base. But that’s not the biggest problem with the base S7 Combo. The concept of the combo is obviously based on the presence of two devices, sharing the same engine. Only, the frustration here is that you will have to systematically replace the motor on the vacuum cleaner to recharge. Allowing the stick vacuum cleaner to charge the motor would have avoided several unnecessary operations. Damage.
Daily maintenance: child’s play
Daily use highlights the relevance of the concept. A quick vacuuming followed by washing ensures spotless floors in record time. Changing modes quickly becomes intuitive and performance remains constant.
Autonomy does not disappoint with 65 minutes of suction and 40 minutes of washing. Fast charging via dock allows you to quickly resume cleaning if necessary. The combo allows you to adapt to each situation.
Our opinion on the Tineco S7 Combo
With a price close to 900 euros, the S7 Combo represents a significant investment. However, it effectively replaces two high-end devices and offers remarkable cleaning quality. For homes with primarily hard floors and looking for a complete solution, the investment is worth it.
