Honor has introduced the 600 series—the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro— with a fairly clear objective: to get fully into the affordable high-end where Samsung has the Galaxy S25 FE as its standard bearer. The brand has been gaining presence outside of China for years with its numerical line, but this generation is, without a doubt, the most ambitious they have brought so far. Global launch is planned for April 23, 2026.
The idea is simple and well-known: bring features that until recently were exclusive territory of the premium range at a price that won't blow your mind. make you think twice. That said, as always happens in this segment, there are details that should be reviewed before assuming that everything is as round as it seems.
The Honor 600: the one that makes the most sense for most
The standard model comes with a screen 6.57-inch 120Hz OLEDIP68/IP69/IP69K resistance, 200 MP main camera and 80 W fast charging. A few years ago, that list would have been flagship without discussion. The processor is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4a mid-high range chip that holds up well on a day-to-day basis, although here comes the first bitter pill: its predecessor, the Honor 500, had a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. That is, the new generation arrives with less muscle in the processor than the previous one, something difficult to justify in a presentation that aspires to take a step forward.
In Europe, the Honor 600 will be released from 399 euros in its 256 GB version and it will go up to 529 euros for 512 GB. And there is one point that deserves more attention than Honor has given it: the European model will come with a b6,400 mAh batterywhile the Chinese version can reach 7,000 mAh. The difference is huge, and the brand has not yet given a convincing explanation. European buyers deserve a real response, not silence.

The Honor 600 Pro: for whom the standard falls short

The Pro makes the leap to Snapdragon 8 Eliteadds a 50 MP periscopic telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom and adds 50 W wireless charging. These are three specific improvements that make sense for those who need sustained performance, want a zoom that is useful and prefer not to search for the cable every night. The problem is that it shares a processor with the Honor 500 Pro, which means that in terms of pure power there is nothing new compared to the previous generation.
The 600 Pro will only be available in 512 GB and will be priced at 629 euros in Europe. It's not crazy for what it offers, but the competition in that range—OnePlus, Google, Samsung itself—is not asleep, and every euro counts.

One last thing worth mentioning: Honor has something much more radical on its hands. According to leaks from the well-known leaker Digital Chat Stationthe brand would have already started trial production of a 11,000 mAh battery typical capacity, almost double what most smartphones have today. If you want to know more about this possible device, here are all the details.
Honor arrives with real arguments. If it can convince the European buyer that the brand matters less than the specifications, Samsung has a problem. For now, the 600 series is a step in the right direction, although with some decisions that invite us to wait for the Complete analysis before removing the card.
