Yesterday, Apple launched the second beta of iOS 26.3showing everything we can have on our iPhone once it is officially released. We can install it right now, but as always, we don't recommend doing it on our main phone.
Today, we will see those changes, when it will arrive, and if it is interesting or not, since, despite being a simple version, which should not contain many new features, it does, so once it is official, it would be interesting for all of us to download it.
iOS 26.3 Beta 2: what it brings
Apple is about to launch iOS 26.3 and, as usually happens with these intermediate versions, it is nothing that will change your iPhone from top to bottom. Still, it comes with some very interesting details that you'll probably notice when it arrives.
One of the most striking things is that now it is a bit easier to go from an iPhone to an Androidif anyone wants to do it. Basically you bring the two phones together and you can move photos, messages, contacts and that kind of thing without having to go through a thousand strange steps. It's not something that everyone will use, but it's there, and you may not need it today, but tomorrow you will.
There are also changes designed especially for Europe. For example, the iPhone can now send notifications to non-Apple devicessuch as headphones or watches from other brands. This was previously much more limited and now it opens up a little more, making way for many accessories that we previously did not buy due to this problem, and that can now be the alternative to Apple's, which are usually more expensive.
Then there are the typical small adjustments that Apple makes in each update, and which are not highlighted or mentioned. They have
They reordered the weather and climate related wallpapers, and added some new ones that look good on the lock screen. It's not huge, but having a little more variety is always appreciated.
As almost always, this update also brings some visual details linked to specific dates, and internal arrangements that are not seen but that make the system go a little smoother. Nothing spectacular, but those touches that avoid rare errors and make the system run more fluid.
In short, iOS 26.3 is one of those versions that brings nothing, but brings a lot. When you install it you realize that everything is a little more polished and that, suddenly, everything works better for you. It doesn't change how you use the iPhone, but it leaves it a little better than it was.
And you, are you one of those who download the versions when they come out, or do you wait a bit to see the opinion of the rest of the users who try it? For now it is the second beta, so we will have even more things before its official launch. We will see all of this, and once it comes out, we will recommend, or not, to be among the first to install it.
