Samsung is preparing to return to the field of mixed reality. A massive leak has revealed what its XR helmet, known internally as Project Moohanwith details of hardware, software and even system images. Everything points to an imminent launch in October and a clear strategy: to stand up to Apple and Meta with a lighter product, with better balance and very focused on Android XR.
Beyond the commercial name – it points to “Galaxy XR” – what is relevant is the set: 4K micro-OLED screens, eye and hand tracking, integration with Gemini and a specific processor for mixed reality from Qualcomm.
