According to the patch notes, iOS 18.1.1 provides essential security fixes. Apple recommends that all users perform this update to strengthen the security of their devices.

The new versions notably correct two critical vulnerabilities in JavaScriptCore And WebKitlikely to have been actively exploited.

These vulnerabilities allow arbitrary code execution or cross-site scripting attacks via malicious web content. Although Intel-based Macs appear to be the most affected, other devices could also be vulnerable due to the same security flaws.

We also hope that they fix bugs like iCloud notes or edited photos.
