Mophie, a manufacturer that has been offering quality iPhone-related products since 2008, presented three new Qi2-compatible charging accessories now available in Apple stores: the 3-in-1 travel charger, a wireless car charging stand as well as a magnetic variant of the car charging mount. One more competitor for Anker, Belkin and company.
A 3-in-1 accessory from Mophie
Let’s start with the Mophie 3 in 1 Travel Charger, at the price of €169.95which includes:
- A Qi2 MagSafe charging pad for iPhone, delivering up to 15W for compatible models.
- A 7.5W charger for Apple Watch (Series 7 and later) to support fast charging.
- A 5W charging surface for AirPods.
Exclusively sold by Apple, the travel charger also comes with a 40W wall adapter. It also includes international plug adapters for Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. The iPhone charging surface can be used flat or raised for sleep mode compatibility. The charger folds in half for easy portability and comes with a carrying case for the charger and adapter.
Two car holders
The wireless charging stand for the air vent, sold at the price of €79.95delivers up to 15W of power to Qi2-enabled iPhones. It attaches securely to car vents via an adjustable hook and has a wide base that holds the iPhone in place. It also offers tilt and swivel adjustments for optimal viewing angle and supports one-handed mounting and removal. Mophie packs a USB-C to USB-C cable, a 20W USB-C car adapter, and two cable management clips into the box.
For users who don’t need to charge their device in the car, Mophie offers a magnetic air vent mount for €34.95. This mount holds the iPhone via MagSafe for navigation and hands-free calling, and includes tilt, swivel, and one-handed operation features similar to the wireless mount.
